X-Art seems to want amateur talent, or models that haven't worked in adult in any way before. The only exception to this was Tori Black, who has a video and some pictures on the site. In those she has put away her porn star personality entirely though. The models are all very beautiful but very naturally so. Makeup is so minimal and well done that you will think they aren't wearing any. This is good, as the girls don't need it. Their bodies are equally natural with plump breasts, slim, S-line torsos and pretty smiles and eyes.

In the galleries and videos they will pose naked and in interesting locales and settings. Luxury residences, a large bed with ruffled white sheets and morning light pouring in through the window, outdoor locales, etc. The models do full nudity as well as explicit penetrations with sex toys. There are lesbian girl/girl scenes and boy/girl content like blow jobs and hardcore sex. These boy/girl and insertion scenes are very artfully done. The interest is more in the passion and energy between the models, the erotic static in the air, than the penetration, though there are clear shots of the hard cock entering the girls, or of the girls sucking and deep throating.

X-Art has some of the best media options I've seen for any porn site. Their movies can be saved in 1080p High Definition files, both Windows Media and Quicktime. They have 1920x1080 resolutions and bit rates that float between 3-4 Mbits/s. There are 720p High Definition downloads as well, again in both formats. They have 1280x720 resolutions and 2.4 Mbits/s bit rates.

All movies can be streamed online in a Flash video player that provides a great quality playback in a 640x360 resolution. The running times for most movies is between 3 and 10 minutes.

The picture galleries are remarkable as well. All images come in three sizes: Small (1200x800), Medium (2000x1334), and Large (4000x2667). The sets have around 50 pictures each and these were my favorite aspect on the site. The pictures are just beautiful works of art, apart from being exciting sexually. The 4000x2667 pixel large images are massive and rich with detail. You can save galleries in zip files at any of the three sizes.

Small Talk and Personal Opinion

X-Art is a remarkable erotica site. I really enjoyed their artistic vision, and how they've gone after intercourse and more explicit acts of lovemaking than other erotica sites. And I do mean lovemaking. The scenes have real passion, the energy between the couples (boy girl or girl girl) palpable. They focus as much on the kissing and ravishing hands as they undress and feel each other as on the act of penetration. Really all of the content is about capturing that energy, either between camera and model, or couples.

There was only one real extra for members: a behind the scenes blog. They post small galleries of pictures taken on sets, of models getting ready or in the middle of posing and undressing. The galleries come with short posts about the shoot and things that happened.
