The collection of porn at Girls Out West is very diverse, covering the three main niches of general amateur porn in great detail. The solo girl sets are the largest component to the site, equal to the combined lesbian and hardcore libraries of videos and photographs. In these scenes girls will strip and show off their bodies in a very relaxed and fun atmosphere, usually in their hometowns and in places that mean something to them. One girl takes us to a local rural waterfall to skinny dip, another is just hanging around her apartment. Girls laugh and have fun in the scenes, and also get off with fingers and sex toys.

The media options at Girls Out West are fantastic. Movies can be downloaded in three HD options. Two are MP4 files that have 1920x1080 and 1280x720 resolutions respectively. The frame rates and clarity on these weren't quite as high as I'd expect from 1080p HD, which these are, but that's probably the 'amateur touch'. The other HD option is a Windows Media file with a 1280x720 pixel resolution that plays at a 5.9 mbps bit rate. They all look as good as the other, but some are bigger obviously.

The other two formats are called 'medium quality' downloads. They are a Windows Media file with a 1024x576 resolution that plays at 4.5 mbps and a MPG with the same resolution that looks just about as good. You can stream movies online as well in a Flash video player that looks good, but not as good as any of the download options.

There were picture galleries for most movies and also stand alone galleries. These contained large 2000x1333 pixel photographs that are high resolution and very well composed. Great lighting, texture and camera work are one part of the equation, but the other is Annie - - she just puts these girls at such ease and knows how to get that spark out of them, the sign of a true artist to be sure.

Small Talk and Personal Opinion

Girls Out West is a phenomenal amateur site. Obviously the content here is fantastic, from the HD options to the beautiful and real amateur girls to the quality of Annie's touch on the material--but that's not all the site offers. There's really a community thriving in it, on the message boards and elsewhere. This is always a good sign.

There are a few extra sections including behind the scenes footage, Annie's blog, models' blogs and that forum I mentioned, where most of the girls on the site will be hanging out, at least around the times their content is coming out. There's obviously a lot of back and forth between the site's owner, Annie, and her fans and members. This has really worked out, because it's a great site with something unique and special.
