The porn at Unseen Japan is divided into many categories to make it easier to browse through, but all of it will be hardcore, and some of it will incorporate different fetishes and kink into the action: uncensored cock sucking and gagging, masturbation, bondage and forced orgasms, messy multi-cumshot finales.

The models are all Japanese girls, except for those Thai models in the Thai Girls photo galleries. Most of the content is not censored (a small category called AV Censored is the exception). There were 720p HD Windows Media downloads. They had 1280x720 pixel screens (+7 Mbits). The playback quality for these is excellent. The HD download is only available for movies added since early 2011. The rest of the download scenes have a 640x480 screen (2.6 Mbits) Windows Media download as the best option. You'll also find there are MP4 files with 320x240 screens available that are great on iPods and similar devices. There were no streaming options, just the full length downloads.

Picture galleries average over 100+ images for the most part. There are professional, high quality categories and amateur/lower quality categories. The best images have a large 853x1216 pixel resolution. You can either browse through the galleries online in a slideshow or download a gallery in a zip file.

Small Talk and Personal Opinion

Unseen Japan has a lot of content to be proud of. I really liked that the majority of scenes are uncensored AND are legit Japanese porn flicks made in Japan. There was a good mix of fetishes that are common and popular in Japanese porn, but hardcore was the main diet, another positive in my book.

The site is clearer and easier to use than some of the other Japanese porn sites I've reviewed but still left something to be desired. There were no model biographies or indexes to browse. The category system is very basic but it works.

Download options are limited to two for most of the library, a third being the HD option added recently. More options, and a streaming option in particular, would be a nice upgrade.

The bonuses were pretty weak. The bonus sites are mostly average quality streaming video sites that didn't have much in common. Thankfully the main library was large enough for the bonuses to not matter much to overall satisfaction.
