MPEG1 has a resolution of 640x480 with no provided bit rate, while the smaller, in terms of file size, MPEG4 has a resolution of 640x480 and a bit rate of 1.17 Mbps. The videos are really nothing that special in terms of technical quality. A big shame since the action deserves better.
