New updates are almost always in HD, so that percentage is growing.

You have two other MP4 downloads - 480p (720x480 screens; 3 mbits) and 240p (iPod ready) - plus two Windows Media downloads in the same 480p and 240p formats. All downloads are for the full length scene (20-40 minutes).

Videos can be streamed online in up to 540p in their embedded Flash video player. It works very well, with minor buffering. It's a great way to preview the scenes or to enjoy a movie start to finish or just the part of the scene you're interested in.

Picture galleries are more of a second though here but they do have high resolution photos - 1280x2000 pixels - that look usually look great.
