DVD Box aims to please everyone.

There are dozens of categories that you can browse DVDs or their scenes by, such as amateur, anal, big tits, big ass, interracial, lesbian, fetish, foot fetish, latex, gang bangs, trannies and many more. It's a huge collection of all types of hardcore, explicit adult DVD porn.

You can find a number of your favorite porn stars here as well, especially models popular in the 90s and early 2000s. You'll see Tory Lane, Kelly Wells, Belladonna, Eva Angelina, Aurora Snow, Trina Michaels, Anna Nova and Brianna Banks to name but a few.

The collection doesn't really have a priority or preference of genre, either. Each category has at least a few hundred scenes in most cases, though some of the large and more generic genres like anal have thousands.

Tech Talk

DVD Box turns out to be quite limited in options when it comes to downloading. Each download is a complete scene from a DVD. You have two ways to grab it. The Big download has a 720x528 screen (2 Mbits) and the Small a 360x200 screen (0.8 Mbits). Both are in WMV file formats only.

A few scenes will have HD options, and these are also in WMV file format. The Big download has a 1920x1080 screen (7 Mbits) and the Small download a 1280x720 screen (3 Mbits). These look fantastic but unfortunately they are only available for a very small number of movies so far.

Any scene can be viewed instantly online as well, without having to download it first. You just click play on the embedded Flash video and it will start up. These have a great playback, and for HD movies it is HD quality playback.

Small Talk and Personal Opinion

DVD Box doesn't do very much to distinguish itself from other DVD-Archives in the market but it does have two things to point out. The first are its 1080p HD videos. They don't have many but they are adding more, and that's more than most DVD-Archives can claim. The second is its introductory price of just $5 for the first 30 days; however, that will return to an industry standard $29.95 per month for all months afterward.

Everything else about the site just seemed okay. The navigation, for example, works but isn't ideal. You have to do a lot of manually paging through results, even after you choose a category. The search box does work well but as many movies have limited meta information, the results aren't always perfect. It's nothing any user will have difficulty with, it's just that DVD Box' tools aren't as developed or nuanced as other DVD-Archives provide to members.

1-2 new full adult DVDs are added daily to the library to keep things moving onward and upward.
