Pin-Up WOW! is a trip back in time, to a more innocent era where eroticism was valued above explicit sex. Elegant women could make you juice in your pants back then just by posing in titillating lingerie--corsets and thigh high stockings--and with a slight lean forward to tease you with her natural and full cleavage you were spent!

This site wants to take us back there and caters to the more enlightened browser, someone who gets more from elegant ladies, sexy teasing temptresses, quality photography and sexy vintage lingerie than from debased, repetitive and low quality nude pics and explicit material that totally lacks imagination. If that's you, then you've found soul mates with this adult site.

Of course you will get nudity here--some great topless shots--but that's sort of a sweet bonus at the end of what are large galleries of very high quality photographs. You'll see beautiful UK models posing in vintage outfits and lingerie, showing off their natural curves in teasing fashion. A lot of their poses and movements are mimicking the classic pin-up girl positions that you know and love. They will undress and position themselves in elegant and erotic ways, slowly tempting us until finally giving us a view of pink nipples and their bared breasts. I didn't see anything more than topless nudity, which seemed fitting for the site's style.

Pin-Up Wow! is very high quality. The image galleries are very large (usually 150 or more photographs) and can be downloaded in high-resolution galleries that have a 1146x1602 resolution. Online you can browse through them in 1054x1412 max resolutions, and also flip through them in slideshows. The lighting, camera work, and modeling on the girls' behalf is just great quality all around.

There were movies uploaded here as well. They could be downloaded in High Definition or Standard Definition Windows Media files as full-length movies. These ran about 5 to 10 minutes long on average. The HD WMV movies had a 1280x720 resolution (720p HD) and a 4 mbits/s bit rate. They looked very crisp. The SD WMV movies had a 640x360 resolution and a 3 mbits/s bit rate. These too looked quite crisp, just smaller.

Small Talk and Personal Opinion

The Pin-Up WOW! members area wasn't the most advanced or prettiest in term of graphic design, but it did have plenty of features and an easy to understand layout. New material was showcased on arrival, and there were clear links for browsing. You can just go through a list of the most recent additions and activity site-wide (with thumbnails and descriptions), or choose to start in galleries/albums, in a 'stars' (model) index, or visit the forum and chat with other pin-up girl aficionados. There was an online store to visit, but the link to "Live!" material took me to a third-party site. No live interaction is included as part of the membership.

What I liked most was the whole novel experience at Pin-Up WOW! They really stay focused on what the niche is all about, each gallery and video staying true to the erotic-not-explicit mantra and finding girls who know how to be sexy with out being crass. The teasing is further enhanced by a wonderful wardrobe or vintage lingerie, dresses, shoes and a makeup artist that has painted the girls like its 1940 again.

The site updates daily with new content, so things remain fresh, too.
