Naughty Head Nurse's new collection had 45 videos and as many galleries to offer at the time of my visit. The material was right on target, delivering on the gyno, speculum and gaping themes the site's tour promised. The 720p HD videos had an excellent playback quality, but the media options were limited to Windows Media videos. Updates were also slow, just twice monthly. The site has time on its side and enough good material to make joining a good idea, but there is room for improvement.
