Adult Rental is huge. That is its biggest and most relevant selling point, and what is undoubtedly going to pique your interest immediately upon entering their website. You're in luck because they provide a huge number of tools to let you jump in and get started right away.

Using those tools you'll notice that the site has just about every pornstar who ever fucked on tape here. The top 20 (according to fans) are predictable: Julia Ann, Chastity Lynn, Bree Olson, Carolyn Reese, Rachel Starr and several others.

The porn they cover is divided into 70 categories. Some are are general, like 18-21 yo., Anal sex, or Big Tits. Some are more specific like Uniforms, Nurses, Toys, Threesomes, and Wrestling.

The site does not limit itself to hardcore and lesbian DVDs either. There is tranny porn and fetish porn in niches like lactation, BDSM, and anime.

Adult Rental seems to work with everybody. There are hundreds of studios with DVDs here but you'll find many of the top rated and most popular like Evil Angel, Pink Visual, Vivid and Hustler to name just a few.

Tech Talk

Unfortunately Adult Rental is a little weak in the tech department. Videos here can be streamed in either WMV or Flash, but not both. I really wish they'd let all videos come in Flash format. The WMVs are poor for viewing in a per-minute context, since you have to wait for a scene to download ahead of you before skipping ahead. Flash movies can buffer in the moment, and let you skip around freely.

In either case the image quality isn't the best. It is good enough, but if it's high quality playback you're after, you are most likely going to find better options in a subscription site with downloads, not a Video on Demand site like Adult Rental.

Some of the "Rentals" can be purchased and saved in WMV and some in MP4 files. These come in 640x480 and 512x384 screens. The playback for these is also good to great.

All of the options labeled as "High Def" are not actually high definition.

Small Talk and Personal Opinion

Adult Rental's strong point is its variety and its billing format. For porn fans who don't want to download and store tons of videos, but rather prefer to have a wide variety of porn to choose from when they're in the mood for it, Adult Rental works out nicely. Since they calculate the cost of streaming videos to the second, you can really squeeze a lot of mileage out of the prepaid packages of credits.

Another strong point is its design, which makes a very large variety of content easily accessible. Most will take this for granted until they reach a site that doesn't have such a system. At Adult Rental you'll no doubt realize how good you have it, which is of course exactly as they like it. Viewers can focus on enjoying the porn and not worry about tech hang ups.

The only real reason to hesitate is the lack of a streaming Flash video option for so many of their videos. The embedded WMV streams just aren't that great and are a hassle from a usability stand point.
